I'm six foot two inches. His armor clearance is over seven foot. I've seen him move in it. His voice is pitched like that of a thirteen year old or younger. There isn't any possibility a child with a height between four foot nine inches and five foot can move in armor that large as well as he does.

The armor would also be very cold, so wearing any bulk beneath would make him even less likely to move as freely.

Who says he's around five feet? Maybe he is that large. I've seen far stranger things.

I just gave you reasonable evidence to conclude he may not actually be a child. I didn't say I knew how he became that way or how he exists in another manner.
